Traditional detergents have harmful chemicals and surfactants like sulphates, phosphates and parabens. Tierra has been formulated with eco-friendly, plant-derived ingredients that are super effective in cleaning without any of the toxic residues of traditional detergents. Our products are completely free of sulphates, phosphates and parabens.

Tierra dishwash gels are made from food grade and plant derived cleaners like glucosides.

Active ingredients in Tierra's laundry detergent are bio-enzymes and plant derived surfactants.

Tierra floor cleaners are made from plant-derived ingredients like glucosides and natural botanical extracts.

Our products are completely safe for babies, pets and your loved ones.

Our laundry detergent is equally good for all washes - machine wash (top-load or front-load) or for traditional handwash. You should use a capful in a normal bucket for handwash. For machine wash (6/7 kg per load), pour a capful in the detergent compartment for normal load.

You should use 1.5 capful for heavy load.

Our products are FREE from sulphates, phosphates, parabens and other toxic chemicals.

Once your items have been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email that contains the docket number of your shipment. If possible, please send us photos of the product in a damaged condition so we can work to improve ourselves. If we have accidentally sent you the wrong product, do let us know so we can make amends and send you the correct one. You can write to us at orobiindia@gmail.com. Because of the hygiene reasons, unless you received the product in a damaged condition or we sent you the wrong product, we will not be able to process a return and refund.

Yes, our bottles are easy to recycle. They are made from single plastic type (HDPE) vs other bottles which use mixed plastic types (HDPE/PPE) which makes them a little more difficult to recycle.

Refills, in our experience, are also difficult to dispose off and can't be reused. Hence, at the moment, we are only in bottles while we continue to look for even more eco-friendly packaging options. We welcome your suggestions for alternate packaging material. Do drop us a text at 8861572550.
